The cables may be bad. Try exchanging the cable and see if the problem continues.

Hello there, I have managed to print the Gear Baring at 0.3mm tolerance and I have almost printed the Air Gyro Mini! As it seems, Ano was correct, overextruding is the root of all evil. Best, Elias.

Hello there, The Prusa i3 Rework has a max endstop. Therefore, even if the pins are reversed in the firmware settings, in which case there is no need to change any connections to the RAMPS, we must have Y_HOME_DIR = 1. Best, Elias.

Hello there, One little question for you folks. Do the LM8UU bearings have any play on it? All of my unitis have huge play, I would say about 1mm. I have measured the rods and they're OK. This is really annoying. Best, Elias.

I have found that there is a _lot_ of play in the y-carriage bearings. Probably faulty bearings, do you have any play on it? I have left a print running at home with some makeshift pre-loading (had to spend R$65 (brazilian currency, about $21 dolars) on a PTFE sheet for that). When I return home I will see if quality has improved. I am thinking about contacting Replikeo for a replacement, but i

Hi, I have simply placed the y-endstop connector one position above the one it was before. Than I would use 1 as Y_HOME_DIRECTION, or some other similar #define. If you are still in trouble, I can send you a picture. Sorry for the delayed response, I will try to be more responsive. HTH

Last time I checked, esteps where close to perfect. However, it seems that some further calibrations may be required. Extrusion width is set to 0.4mm as advertised by Replikeo for the nozzle diameter. I will perform the full calibration set again, even though the 0.5mm box does not print at all when slicing with Cura (it is a 0s print, simply doing nothing). Bridging was fairly OK. I was not usi

I found that it was the y-axis that was inverted. The solution was to connect the y-endstop to the max-endstop connector in RAMPS. It is the one above the min-endstop. Hope that it helps you too. I have even gone through disassembly the x-carriage, believing that it was inverted.
