Well, I finally figured out my issues and I'm posting the resolution so if anyone else has the issue it should help. I ended up changing a few of the Configuration settings which I can post my config if anyone is interested but the biggest problem was resolved with the insertion of an additional G-Code at the start. What I did is below: G28 ; home all axes G29 ; auto level G28 ; home all axes Gby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants

I own the Electron 6th Gen Prusa i3 with the auto level sensor (mounted to the back of the extruder) and it has a 220mm x 220mm heated bed. I like to use Repetier Host with CuraEngine and have tried several other software packages and get the same exact issue that I'm about to ask. Here is my problem, I have attached my Configuation.h and for the life of me cannot figure this out. Please don't tby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quoteallibgbg Did you saw my attachment jpeg ? It would be these 4 metal bars + double the bed and heating system + change to longer timing belt Is this right ? Like I said, your design would work. Your limited to how much you want to spend. The frame and additional components is what limits you. Install longer rods, belt, bigger build plate, heat pad, extend wires, and probably a cable chainby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quoteallibgbg Can it be "infinitely" extended this way ? like.. 700mm ? Technically you could make a 3d printer as big as you want but you would be limited to how much money you want to spend. You're talking about needing to heat that big pad. Bigger components and other things. You would also have to speed the system up depending upon how larger you make it.by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Have you tried a different SD card, especially a different micro card adapter (if using one).by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quoteallibgbg Hello, I m trying to find informations about these cheap sixth generation Prusas as I m willing to buy my first reprap. For large printing areas here are the 3 cheapers : If I understand, you bought the first one with large build area expansion. Is it right ? +200 $ crap-replacement items It looks like you had a lots of problems for a "sixth" generation kit.. after 6 version thby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotewittledemon On the Computer software program Strange.....what program are you using to connect ? PC or MAC ? If Windows, what version ? Will the system print from the SD card correctly ? If it can print from the SD card without the USB being connected that would at least to us that the issue isn't the printer.by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotewittledemon I found the reset button but now it wont connect at all instead all I get is a bunch of random charaters that resemble machine code. Is the machine code coming up on the LCD or computer ??by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotewittledemon That had worked I now got characters on the screen. Next should my fan that points towards the filiment be running constant or should it only activate when I start running a print? Because my screen shows error MINTEMP. The square fan which is attached to the heatsink is to be running constantly while the machine is on therefore it is attached on the motherboard to a constant 1by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotewittledemon Where would the reset button be located there was nothing that I saw on unit that was a reset switch of any kind? There is a reset button right under the USB connection, also the LCD has a reset button but it isn't easy to get to.by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
It sounds like you have the ribbon cables switched. You can see in very small writing printed on both the motherboard and LCD board which cable goes where. I made the mistake too. It doesn't harm anything, it just doesn't work.by dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
QuoteFirstAvenger To anyone considering purchasing from this company, beware, there are better options and vendors who are actually reputable. EXACTLY, one place that I was going to order from was Robot Shop. They have been around a long time and I have purchased several things (robot stuff) from them. Good service and support. And the Afinibot is a better built machine, just check out the pictuby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Yea, I spoke to my coworker with the same upgrades as you FirstAvenger and his bed was the exact same......hard to believe how much they marked up the upgrades for simple things. Yea I'm glad I got the DIY kit. I do know a lot more now than if I would have bought a out-of-box assembled unit. I'm still trying to figure out my printing issue. The unit prints fine but not where it is supposed to. Evby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
QuoteFirstAvenger Based on pics I've seen online and videos, it appears that the heat bed is generally the same size as the printing bed, be it aluminum or borosilicate. I purchased the 'large print area' upgrade when I bought this Electron, and the heat element supplied is the same width, but distinctly shorter length than the Aluminum bed supplied. Previously I was writing about my experience with the Electron Prusa i3 Sixth Gen. Like I said I got the standard edition with the one upgrade for the auto level and height. A coworker bought the same but got all 3 upgrades. This was nice since I could do a side by side comparison and like I stated previously, I believe the only cost effective upgrade was the larger bed, everything else could havby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants
Yep, I have the same unit but I did my research on the upgrades before buying. I'm not trying to make anyone feel ripped or anything but the only upgrade that is worth anything is the build plate, but not really. seeing the fact that the auto level upgrade is a $5 USD sensor and you could have made the mount, $50 is way too high. The large bed, you do need larger acrylic, heat pad, and aluminum sby dburas - Prusa i3 and variants

Okay, like typically someone would say, I have a quick question. If it was asked before, I do apologize and please direct me to the answer, or just answer it again. Here is the situation.
