Can I increase the current from program? Like, I can't edit the program on arduino on printer as it doesn't let me to reupload new firmware. (I purchased this printer with pre loaded firmware)by asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants
I am trying to print a 40mm cube. My nozzle size is 0.3mm, layer height is 0.2mm, printing speed is 40m/s.Printing ABS, nozzle temperature 230, bed temperature 110. The problem is in extruder as when it is printing the gear that is pushing the filament is skipping and not pushing the filament. If I try to loosen it is just doesn't get grip. If i tighten it, it starts skipping again. When I push tby asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants
I am trying to print simple rectangular prism. I have 0.3mm nozzle. The extruder speed is 20 m/s and move speed is 150 m/s. Layer height is 0.4 mm. When I start print the first layer and last are printing only partially. What I mean is that is skips some of the lines. The filament is not even moving and it does only when I push it with my hand. I included the picture of top layer. The printer priby asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants
I can heat both the bed and extruder through printer itself (the LCD screen), but not through the program. But now I have even bigger problem as the motors are not moving as they should.by asadpasat - Repetier
I finished my 3d printer and was ready for my first print when I got stuck. I started the repetier host(that I use for printing), and the bed and extrusion are starting to heat up. After couple of minutes the temperature stops rising for both bed and extruder. The bed stops around 80 and extruder around 28. Anyone has idea what could be the problem?by asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants

I recently got printer and they attached picture of circuit diagram (I also attached it). The thing that is weird is motors connection. On the diagram, the patter is red, blue, black, green. But on the motors that I have the patter is red, blue, green, black. Which one is correct? Does it matter? EDIT: Found solution to my problem on this forum. The colors don't matter in this case.by asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants
So I recently got the " He 3D - XI3 High Precision NEW prusa I3" kit. I assembled it and wanted to start printing. So I installed Printer Interface on my laptop (pretty much program where I can just press to move any of the axis). The axis that I'm having problem is the z-axis. When I press to move it for example by 10, there is loud sound like the motors are trying but nothing is happening. Theby asadpasat - Prusa i3 and variants
