I have a question, if we heat the bed to get the parts to stick then we blow a fan on the part as we print to cool it couldn't we turn the heat off after the part is well underway ?

Thanks Mach, I reset the board and reflashed and it's working. now I just need to figure out why I don't have a display in the 3D view. Thanks again

Reflashed it shows them open but nothing when closed ? I sure would like to print something ! Maybe a bad RAMPS I will send an email to FT, it's a new build.

Yes I can manually move everything, do they all need to be triggered to get the report ?

Manually pressing the stop and sending M119 does nothing, no report ?

M119 shows all endstops open, min and max, Is this correct ?

Some progress I set my endstops to Machs suggestions everything is moving in the right direction but when I home any one of the axis there is no more movement with any axis ? If I disconnect and manually move away from the offending stop then reconnect it all moves again, my com port is staying connected now. Count me in as well for the search function, I have been searching for days with no luc

I have checked the boards but don't see anything. I am a complete noob with Arduino and trying to wrap my head around the config. I have built 2 cnc routers and a laser cutter from scratch but they run with Mach software. I guess I need to get new boards and try again. Thanks

I have completed my Folger acrylic printer and finally gotten to the point where it runs in manual mode. My issue now is when I home any axis it stops responding and the com port is lost, I have to reset the board to get it moving again what am I doing wrong ?

I have completed my Folger acrylic printer and finally gotten to the point where it runs in manual mode. My issue now is when I home any axis it stops responding and the com port is lost, I have to reset the board to get it moving again what am I doing wrong ?
