Mine is bouncing twice on all axis as well when reaching the end stops, I think that's a normal behaviour in Marlin code.

I was also surprised to not have any taxes or fees to pay Regarding the wire shortening, cuting them / solder them and protect with heat shrinkable tubes took me 1H tops. (I suggest you to buy a third hand it makes it faster). And here is my current setup

Buy a bltouch that will act as a z stop and allow you to use auto leveling feature Otherwise the one provided is doing the job for me (still waiting for my bltouch to arrive).

So I finally added a cooling fan, and printed a benchy with 0.1 as layer height, slowing done the speeds of perimeters to 60%. It came out pretty well particularly regarding the bridges even if I had a Y shifting (I guess this is my bad motor I managed to fixed myself). Here are some pictures, let me know what do you think. I would like some advice here. While calibration cubes are perfect (temperature and extrusion), I have issue with any "floating" parts: I have hole and overextrusion like thingy. The bottom is the worst: I'm printing with pla @195 degres Thanks

Well I think my y motor is kind of dead. When I unplug it and turn it by hand, it sometimes gets stuck and I have to apply a lot of force to make it pass this hard point. But this is random... I notice that because when moving the bed by hand it sometimes get stuck in the middle of its course. During a y movement I also notice that the motor skips steps when he encounter a such hard spot. I switched to a 8gb sd card and now it looks to works fine. Well I still can't print anything As I don't have received my thermistor replacement nor the fan :/ If someone know if I can find spare parts in Vancouver, bc...

FolgerTech will send me replacement thermistor for the hot end... I don't know when but they will... (mine was shattered due to a too tight screw). On another topic, I have the 12864 Full Graphic Controller, but I can't find a way to make the SD Card work... it's saying echoD init fail, I tried to reduce the SPI speed but no luck. My SD CARD is a 4GB Kensington SDHC with one partition in FAT16.

Bad news for me. Hot end thermistor is busted (actually broken because looks like it has been tight too much And fan also not working... I will try to reach them in order to get replacement parts. Also I had hard time to make fit the bearing to the plastic parts. I had to cut them a bit to make them fit (even by pushing really hard...).

Just got my kit :p everything looks ok, PLA part looks good too, does'nt seems to miss anything :p This is RevA, not sure what the difference is with the RevB. Steppers already mounted on RAMPS and the Mega already plugged to daughter board.
