i used PLA no cooling fan on the print just the extruder, the bed was set to 60 and extruder to 180 and its a 20x20 mm and yes it is honeycomb filling. and I attached a better image hope it is better. and thank you so much for the replyby nukes88 - Printing
I searched all the common printing issues and didn't find a solution to this, I recently rebuilt my printer because it was all out of alignment and the frame was kinda wonky. Did 2 prints and both came like this I used cura and only tweaked the temps and slowed the appeal down a little. It is pri twd in and and infill 30% honeycomb. My printer is a i3 style and not in an enclosure could that be the problem it prints pla fineby nukes88 - Printing
It is a 0.4 nozzle and later height is set to .3 on slicerby nukes88 - Printing
Ok I adjusted the stepper controller and it's working fine except the prints are splitting in the middle, I raised the temp on the extruder and the bed, but it still splits around the same area-ish but prints pls fine, also printed abs with can offby nukes88 - Printing
When I print small objects it prints great, with larger objects the first few layers print find then the print moves, at first it kept moving backwards, I adjusted the stepper pot and didn't make a difference, then I tighten the y belt and now it's moving the opposite direction, any ideas why and how I can fix it I'm using cura to slice, and thank you in advanceby nukes88 - Printing
I had my printer out of commission for about 3months last time I used it it worked fine. I decided to update the firmware install a bltouch sensor and made sure the steps match the old firmware. Now when I try to move the axis it moves forward fine but not in reverse. And I tried homing it using repetier and the smart controller and all axis move one step forward except the z axis it goes all theby nukes88 - Prusa i3 and variants
