This is my first printer to build from scratch, and my first delta printer , i have a problem using marlin to make a custom firmware for my delta printer , and it has been a while since i ever dealt with simple programming, there are very few helping forums that are interested in delta printers, and too bad i have no specific model to memic, so i made it custom from scratch I really do not needby AhmedU - Firmware - Marlin
Do you have an alternate method?, please tell , as i feel like being lost , and don't know where to head in the marlin function , and what parts should i edit , and which i don't have , will really use a help if there is some kind of general detailed guide for non professionals , or a video , or even a course , or a custom service providerby AhmedU - Developers
Hi dc42 Cause I really do not need where to start , I began with a biqu kossel dimensions , but changed the board to skr 1.3 , switched drivers to tmc 2130 , and bought the motors, fish eye and arm lengths that were available , so by time i realised that i have made a different version of the product, and have no clew how to edit firmware , and even biqu has discontinued their support for theirby AhmedU - Developers

QuoteDust Yes you can do this You just wire the pins that would normally go to the mega on the second ramps to the various exp pins on the first ramps.. Its ugly, but will work. No there is no manual to do this. Its not for the novice You need to start with a list of what you want. how many stepper driver (7) how many software controlled fans (2?) how many hotends (4) heated bed (1) thby AhmedU - General
Hi I am building a new 3d printer, and looks like i am stuck with a kraken 4 nozzle extruder i bought earlier the problem is, i do not know if there is a way to extend a board to accept another heaters or sensors, sure there are stepper expansion boards, but they do come with an additional sensor nor heater outlet, besides it gets you tied to the pololu stepper drivers I thought about extendinby AhmedU - General
Hi been searching for an aluminum MK3 12/24v 300*200 heatbed but found most MK3 alum that work on 24v has screw holes 47mm from the middle , not aligned to corners actually I hace a p3steel model of prusa and my bed carriage holes are at heatbed edges , as i think it should be , so why is the change in hole distances? and does any exact alternative with screws are where they meant to be? thanby AhmedU - Prusa i3 and variants
Thanks @Trakyan Really appreciate itby AhmedU - Mechanics
Hi again I failed to find something that actually fit locally I thought first of cpu cooling kits used for gaming purposes is that the only choice that I have ? its too expensive, is there some other built for hotends' solution that can fit ?by AhmedU - Mechanics
thanks @Trakyan for help, much appreciated , I am searching for a water cooling system locally ,otherwise I will buy on ebay I think I bought that extruder without searching enough for it as obvious seems right now pretty stupid when searching the word Kraken meaning !!!! thanksby AhmedU - Mechanics
ok I realized that kraken hotends require water cooling , but for this ultimaker version I cannot find either the inlet or the output of water to that hotend , any help would be goodby AhmedU - Mechanics
tried googling it , and found nothing relevantby AhmedU - Mechanics
what fan holder suitable for this ultimaker extruder type? and how to orient it I tried the standard fan holder of ultimaker but it's screw holes are two , while this has four holes , and it does not fit in for the existence of the heat blocks anyway , the only way for it to fit in is on one side with a right angle rotation around original orientation axisby AhmedU - Mechanics
solved I know is is a trivial matter , and I seem an idiot , but I am new to 3d printing , it was that I burnt the stepper driver , and was trying to move extruder motor without heating up , seems foolish to me right know sorry for inconvinienceby AhmedU - RAMPS Electronics
Hi I tried the test firmware , all motors and axes work fine with that , the thermistor is NTC100k and i reading when not in use 30 degrees which my room temp , I may suspect it is the problem though , the firmware was working fine before , do you suggest it is the software, or is a blown thermistor ? , does a blown thermistor prevent extruder motor from working? thanksby AhmedU - RAMPS Electronics

I have a DIY Prusa i3 2020, that I assembled personally , with internet reference, ,Every thing was working fine for extruder , it was moving fine , until m first try to clean the nozzle for the first time, a heat smoke came out of the nozzle , and a dripping plastic came out of heat block , after emergency power off , the extruder won't motor won't rotate , I tried these 1- tried connecting motby AhmedU - General
