I'm not really sure how to proceed from here as I don't think I can just glue them back in with some superglue. Anyone have any ideas on how to make them stick in the hotend again? Quotenophead Ali-express doesn't take paypal. It's up to the individual vendor as to what payment methods they accept. Some do indeed take PayPal, others take credit cards, while others take obscure (to me) methods such as overseas bank drafts.

My guess is that your extruder isn't calibrated. The chances of it being exactly 90 is remote IMHO. If it's overextruding, that would cause it to drag through too thick previous layers.

Oh, Ok. I thought the rod was already in there and pushed the nuts into that position!!!!!!!!!! hahaha You actually have to bend the rod slightly past the correct position so it springs back to the proper place. It IS an interesting experiment, though.

To my unskilled 3d eyes but skilled plastic processing eyes, it looks like a shrinkage problem coupled with not enough grip on the glass plate. Just my humble suggestion.

You can test the extruder thermister with an ohmmeter. A couple of us had bad ones lately. It's a great machine and prints great.

It's a case of buyer beware, for sure. The company has only been in business since 29 September so they are in it to make a few bucks and then run from the Chinese police. Oh well, that's fifty bucks I would have blown on something else. Live and learn.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you accept their $15 offer, your order status automatically goes to a completed transaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I just got screwed! Now I have to fight directly with Aliexpress and Alibaba. Too good to be true. Don't take the money!

I just got the messages that because they are sending by China Post, they will give me $15 refund. You must open a 'dispute' and explain that the seller chose a slower method of delivery and agreed to the settlement. Take a screen shot of that message and attach it to your dispute so Aliexpress knows what you are talking about.
