I assume they are threaded rod and not lead screws. Since there are so many different varieties of Prusa's, I have no idea how yours is guided on the Z axis, For it to visibly pull one side of the Z axis up, they must be SERIOUSLY bent and not just wobbling. Take them off and roll them on your glass plate. Look for the high spot and keep slowly bending each spot until they are as straight as yby tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

Mine on my FT 2020 wobble as they turn but it makes no difference really. The nut that they ride in will just be floating anyway. The X carriage is restrained by the bearings and won't wobble. It is just unsightly and kind of embarrassing. Eventually, I'll stop long enough to bend them straight. No big deal.by tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

For you guys building now, this little tidbit is in here somewhere and it helped me with the X stop on the right. I assume rippa has made the config.h changes but check the FT files, if you are using them, as I am. Everything works so I have dragged my feet putting his super files in my machine, Sorry rippa. I wasn't aware of the aluminum plate being the heater! Interesting. I have had such good luck with adhesion with my tempered glass plate that I would probably still get one of them. That is assuming that this 'Fairy Tale' of a deal actually comes true!by tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

I've ordered quite a few things from Aliexpress and had only one bad experience with a seller. Aliexpress holds the money and won't give it to the seller until YOU tell them that you are satisfied. So you can open a dispute with the seller and they get no money until you are happy BUT you must be very careful of time limits. If you wait too long, the sale is final and that is done! One thing I did notice is that the power supply is only 15 amps, rather than the 30 on my Folger Tech. IF it actually show up, I'll be upgrading that for sure.by tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

If nothing else, it's a lot of spare parts and upgraded parts such as the bearing blocks and the lead screws vs threaded rod! Plus two rolls of PLA. It could be a scam to get my credit card info but that's the bank's problem! My order just went in.by tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

I have a Folger Tech 2020 i3 running their stock Marlin code. I wanted to stop mid-print to change colors so on the LCD screen I selected 'Pause Print' and then manually moved the head to one side using the controls. I changed colors and flushed the head by pushing the new filament through until the color changed. I then selected 'Resume Print' thinking (hoping) that the machine would know enoby tjnamtiw - Printing

I just finished a 5 hour print of 6 Halloween pumpkin 'things' for the 'boss' using PLA and a heated bed with tempered glass and hair spray. No problem. That was after printing 8 goblins for aforementioned 'boss'. No problem and same application of hairspray lasted for both of them plus several prints last night. This is a long shot but the simplest things ALWAYS get me. What is your extruder temperature default set for in Repetier/Printer settings and in Repetier/slicer? Maybe when you are printing, the extruder isn't hot.? I hope you calibrated your extruder before trying to print the test cube.by tjnamtiw - Prusa i3 and variants

are you printing PLA or ABS? I'm hooked on PLA and, with all the problems I read on here about all the problems, I'm staying with PLA. If you're on PLA, I bought this tempered glass plate >> That along with a dusting of hair spray has totally eliminated any problems with the part sticking during printing and when the plate cools to ambient, the part just lifts off. For the offset >> Repetier/Slicr/Configuration/Printer Settings/Z Offset So, for ABL, if, for example the left side is detected as being .4 mm lower than the right side, as the print head moves to the left you should see the Z axis move downward every time it goes to the left. I got tired of wrestling with the filament roll on the side of my FT 2020 and wondering how it was affecting the extruder drive and making it slip sometimes. I made a PVC stand for the time being but I didn't like the filament dragging over my LCD panel that I have mounted on the top. Have you dove in depth into that motherboard style and its language? Forget all about Arduino and Marlin, from what I've read. You can also argue with the seller and work out a deal to get at least some of your money back. Or, they have another slightly more expensive printer that uses Arduino and the Ramps board plus it has auto--leveling and the upgraded Z axis screws/brass nuts.
