Are you talking about these bumps?by number40fan - Prusa i3 and variants
Is the bump there when the bed is moving or the carriage? Can you disable the motors and move either one of them and feel the bump?by number40fan - Prusa i3 and variants

QuoteJohnOCFII Quotenumber40fan Do you live in the states? If so, I could probably make you some out of plexiglass cut on a laser machine. Yes, I live in Minnesota. That's an interesting idea! If you can get me some specifics, I'll see what I can do. What is the spacing (center to center) of the balls on both the effector and carriages? Size of ball thread? 1/8"? Is your carriage bolt sby number40fan - Delta Machines
Do you live in the states? If so, I could probably make you some out of plexiglass cut on a laser machine. That is what I did to make my own effector and carriage adapters for my homemade 450mm mag arms.by number40fan - Delta Machines
Already have the mosfets and I looked on Thingiverse.by number40fan - Prusa i3 and variants
Anyone have a file available for such a thing. I did find one on Thingiverse, but it looks like the person is wanting to make a $ off of it. Still waiting for the machine to show up and it would be the last thing I need/want to print for it.by number40fan - Prusa i3 and variants
That is exactly what I have, but people get confused if they don't know exactly what it is. Get a spoon to hold the nozzle.by number40fan - Reprappers
Sounds like you don't have the right configuration for a delta installed on the Ramps.by number40fan - Delta Machines
If you have a way to heat the nozzle up to high temps, you can burn out the PLA. I use a propane torch and it will vaporize the PLA and leave you with a perfectly clean nozzle.by number40fan - Reprappers
