I am working on a project that require following sequence of activities: 1- DC motor is installed with a index sensor on its wheel 2- We have an XY table that moves with a gcode command 3- When DC motor complete one revolution and in contact with the sensor (SENSOR ON) i want the XY table to sudden pause 4- As soon the sensor is OFF is not in contact with the wheelby Khalid - Firmware - Marlin
In addition to the above attached pls see the existing parameters settings of my Delta Printer. There are two types of parameters: a) Towers Position Correction and b) Tower radius corrections. Can you pls tell: 1- Should i print the Hexagon keeping the existing parameters of my Delta Printer ( attached image) 2- What is "L" in the Excel sheet and how can i measure it?by Khalid - Delta Machines
Dear, Thanks for sharing your work with rest of us. Do you have any video showing the calibration process. I am using Marlin Firmware for my Delta Printer. I used autocalibration with inductive proximity probe and i am getting the part size slight bigger then the CAD model for example presently i use scale factor of 0.974 for X axis and 0.96 for Y axis in slicer software. Hi, I don't know whether this is done in contemporary software's or not. The idea is is this possible to make a program that can take care of minute details with spitting out Gcode for low layer height/width and for maximum nozzle layer for the areas where no details needed.
