This could be off-topic. I have made a comparison table of the mainboards here. If anything, it's a list of mainboards that in existence. In my opinion RAMBo board is rather old, and there are a few variations of it, both in names and manufactures. I like how people find extravagant ways to minimize the weight of the hotend assembly. I've seen some folks even filing down the heater block to save couple of grams. I think you should check your printer's calibration the "dirty way" Deltas' x0,y0 is in the center, right? Ok, lets go. 1. Pull up a terminal 2. g0 x-50 y0 z5 3. Mark the nozzle spot with a pencil on the table 4. g0 x50 5. Measure the distance between the dot and the current nozzle position 6. If it's not 100mm then you have a calibration problem 7. I agree that just features are not everything, but I believe it is a good overview. "Known issues" is what I've made the "weaknesses" row. For example: Polyfuses are very commonly blamed, so I threw those in there. What kind of "Available addons" do you have in mind? I don't really understand what you are looking for. Maybe some photos would help clear my confusion. The X-axis in Mk2,Mk2s, Mk3 is all 370mm rods. You mean to tell us that your Z-axis Lead Screws operate dry? In my thingie I used Marine White Grease on the Lead Screws just after the first dry run resulted in a screech of a dying alien bug symphony.

800g roll of PLA is around 25units your estimate of 1/3 of 2kg is ~667g (100m of what? 1.75mm or 3mm diameter filament?) 23hrs for 3units/h is 69units 69 and ~20 is 89units, you 75ish units sounds reasonable. BUT! You should really avoid using PLA for your printer frame (especially the hotend holder), I suggest ABS or PETG.

Also you might wanna check this post here: Do the motors give a little "kick" when you try moving them with software? If yes: try adjusting the potentiometers. The 1.2ohms resistance of the heatbed is the ideal reading for 12v application. It might be a simple case of Power Supply degradation. It may not be able to output 100% of nominal power (203W) anymore. Unfortunately I do not know of a simple way of checking Power Supplies.

Small observation, did you write the PK-0 to PK7 yourself on the 2nd picture? Because those are PF-0 to PF-7 RAMPS1.4 and Mega2560 are identical in size and their mounting holes match.
