I am using hypercube 3d printer, with: 1. BTT SKR V1.4 board with all A4988 drivers 2. nema 17 stepper motors 3. Inductive type probe sensor (6V) for Z axis and optical endstops for X and Y axis 4. 12 v SMPS power supply Problem : When I put any object for printing, my printer becomes slow multiple times in between. (i.e. nozzle moves very slowly) E.g. in 2 hrs of total printing time, my prby pvishalp19 - General
Hi. Is anybody there ? Kindly give me any other suggestions. Shall I do any changes is marlin settings?by pvishalp19 - General
Motor is running properly. It's extruder gear not able to push forward continuously and slipping over the material while printing. Whenever I remove filament from nozzle and do cold extrusion , that time there is no slippage can be seen. But I do this with nozzle attached with hotend, that time I am facing this issue. Could you please suggest me alternative ?by pvishalp19 - General
In tried that also but couldn't work. When I increase pressure little bit again gear started slipping. It is not like my gear is continuously slipping over the filament. It's intermittent slipping.by pvishalp19 - General
One thing to note that, when my nozzle temperature increases to melting point temperature of filament, filament starts coming out of it. How can I avoid this. Also I have calibrated my extruder and putted steps in the marlin firmware accordingly.by pvishalp19 - General
I am using Bowden type extruder arrangment with 0.4 mm nozzle dia and 1.75 mm PLA Pro daisy white material (melting point 195 - 220 deg celcius). earlier I was using PLA filament (gray colour) ( melting temperature 185-210 deg celcius) but that time I was able to print without any issue. As soon as I changed my filament to new one my extruder gear started slipping over the filament and filament iby pvishalp19 - General
Hi, Can anyone answer my query please ?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
I have connected my proximity sensor to the 12v SMPS power supply and signal wire is connected to signal pin of z-min endstops connection of motherhood through 10K resistor. Further I have checked that initially my voltage was 0v and when my sensor sense the metal , it shows 4.8 V. But when I I give command of M119 in pronterface, it shows me status as "TRIGGERED" both the times. I also invertby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
I have proximity sensor PNP-NO 6v-36v. How can I install this in my BTT SKR V 1.4 board? I have stucked here. Kindly help me out with this issue. Thank youby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Thank you so much for your help. I have proximity sensor PNP-NO 6v-36v. How can I install this in my BTT SKR V 1.4 board?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Thank you for your help. I tried to upload your firmware but nothing happened. i think firmware is not getting uploaded. 1) I tried multiple times to upload firmware by changing the machine name to see the firmware is really getting the uploaded or not. Though while uploading it is saying "Successfully uploaded", But all the time my LCD display shows same name of machine. 2) But without gettinby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
My extruder plug and z -axis motor is not having problem at all. So I tried to extrude filament. My hotend is heating correctly but my extruder motor also doesn't move at all. Similar case for z-axis as well. I think problem is not with motor plugs. Can you please suggest me any other solutions so that I can try those Thank youby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Yes they are. I don't have other plugs. But sir, the same plugs I had used earlier as well with ardino mega 2560 and ramps 1.4, they they worked fine. Is it really because of those plugs really?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
please find the following link for pictures from my board. Kindly note the following: 1) For Proximity sensor I have done the arrangement using resistors like what "Tech2C" have done in video. Proximity sensor connection So there is only one pin to attach on board which i connected to signal terminal of board 2) I had used similar arrangement earlier when i was using Arduino mega 2560 and rampby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin

I am using 12v power supply. Also I have identified the correct pair of motor terminals and attached wires accordingly. Further I have used the white connectors (as shown in images) . I have stuck badly and not seeing way forward to resolve it. Let me know what else I can check ?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Is my configuration.h file correct? Or some settings are missing ?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Yes I have set that all as per image onlyby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Ok. I will share you the image shortly. Till that can you please tell me regarding the 2nd issue? Why my motors are not running ?by pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin
Thank you so much for your prompt response as usual. 1) I am using marlin firmware. 2) I am using PNP-NO Size M-12 inductive type sensor 3) I have connect my inductive sensor to Z-min port I have not understood your reply to my 2nd query. Can you pleas elaborated more. What should i change in steps/mm and micro stepping? I have attached my "configuration.h" and "firmware" files. Please kindlyby pvishalp19 - Firmware - Marlin

I am now getting what you are saying. Please elaborate in simple words. I hope my problem is clear. Whatever I have discussed above is for my Hypercube 3D printer. So please suggest me suitable solution for the same.by pvishalp19 - General
Which board I need to buy? Aurdino mega or ramps board or both?by pvishalp19 - General
Audrino was heating exactly where I had replaced new voltage regulator IC. But after that small spark happened in the ramps 1.4 board. But when I put back my original IC again, after that whenever I connected my aurdino to computer, it is not showing anything under port option in Marlin. Even though in my computer's system manager , under port section I was able to see aurdino mega 2560 (COM4by pvishalp19 - General
Thanks for your response. Is this the only way can can fix my issue? I don't have any external 5V supply. Can you suggest me any alternative to this? Regardsby pvishalp19 - General
My display don't works without USB of aurdino connected to the Computer (Even if 12V SMPS is ON). I am using aurdino mega 2560, ramps 1.4 and reprap Full graphics controller. So as per some people's suggestions I tried to change the 5V IC of aurdino. So I changed that with "AMS 1117 LM1117 5.0 1013 1A " when I changed to this IC my aurdino started heating up and there was burning fragrance in myby pvishalp19 - General
