Ok then I connected as you said They are controlabile now but they work at the same time I mean if I send M106 P0 S255 also the FAN 1 goes to the 255 value.... If I move the slider on DWControl both fans increase or decrease their RPM at the same time.... I let both brown wires connected as in the above picture (in my mind this is ok) Thanks for your help guys.....I think Im on the right track..

Here is here how I connected the fans to the board CMD FAN1 with FAN0- pins connected together (brown wire) with PCBoard P4/P7/P5 + connector (round one) so round to round square to square..... Tell me if it is wrong????

I sent the M106 P1 H-1 then tried to modify the fan values even for FAN 0 or FAN 1 and no response they move like they are always on. Here are the pictures with the fans and how they are connected

The fan does run when I start the printer and the led goes on but I cant control its speed if I put the speed at 20 % the M106 command returns that the speed is set to 20% but it remains the same....

For example with the ATX power on and web control connected I want to change the Heater 0 temperature. I select 170 degrees from the drop down list but nothing happens (the drop down list remains at 0 degrees, the graph does not change) If I try a refresh of the webpage nothings change. If I enable the internal 5 V instead of the 3V3 do I have 5 V on that pin or I have to pick the 5 V from other pin on the board
