Leider finde ich weder im Forum noch über die Google suche einen geeigneten Shop um in Köln / Euskirchen oder im Umkreis ABS Filament zu kaufen. Vielleicht habt ihr einen Tipp? Vielen Dankby Dawgon - Offtopic
I bought it from think3dprint3d. Already sent them a mail and they asked me to send it in. So I will do that as soon as possible and hope for the best.by Dawgon - Duet
So I can throw the 2 months old duet away? Funny how my cheap chinese ramps combo is still working fine. Damn that's really frustrating.by Dawgon - Duet
What I forgot to mention is that it only gets recognized with 12v on. If I connect it via USB without 12v nothing happens. With SD card inserted I get unknown device, and without SD card it's either hit or miss. I have to start it with 12v first, wait a few seconds and then plug in the USB cable. Sometimes it works, sometimes don't. Trying to flash with bossac it connected but first threw the erby Dawgon - Duet
So I was just trying out new filament as my extruder started skipping, I thought maybe it overheated because it was very hot today. So I let it cool down and added a fan. After starting the duet again I am unable to connect to it. Pings return with host not reachable, if I connect via USB it gets recognized as bossac input device, but only without the SD card put into the duet. It won't get recogby Dawgon - Duet
As everyone might have seen already, the problem is solved - obviously. As my previous post states, I was using 4388 as B value for the thermistor, while it should be 3950. Can't believe I haven't noticed this before, sorry for bothering with a seemingly obvious problem. But thank you for pointing me in the right direction.by Dawgon - Duet
I tried 220 to 250°C almost completely in steps of 5°C. It is too much at about 250°C but there is not really much of a difference inbetween. The thermistor was preinstalled, all I know is "100 Karat NTC B 3950". As it came without a fix in its socket, I surrounded it with thermal compound. M305 P1 T100000 B4388 R4700 H0 L0by Dawgon - Duet
This is for every object I printed before, and every object I printed after the Duet upgrade. Now, layers seem smaller. I notice thicker ripples on the outside of prints done with RAMPS, even tho I am using the same layer height now. Now, every print is matte, no matter what or how I print. With RAMPS every print was glossy. It#s bothering me because I think my prints look odd now, with RAMPS theby Dawgon - Duet
I remember printing out the advanced delta calibration object and my X-Z angle was 121° and Y-Z 119, so I thought it was right to put +1 -1 there. Before that it was set to -2 -2 by the auto delta calibration if I recall correctly. For the currents, with the RAMPS I used around 0,50 to 0,55 VREF, which should result in a current of around 1 amp, which I am using now aswell. Acceleration was setby Dawgon - Duet
Hi there! So I'm fiddling around with this quite a while now. Before I bought the Duet 0.6 I was using the clearly underpowered Mega 2560 / Ramps combination for my delta printer. But somehow my printer was doing better before the "upgrade". A very noticable difference is the finish of the object, as you can see here: The carriage was printed with the RAMPS combo, it is more glossy and layersby Dawgon - Duet
I measured 12.02v at the 12v terminal on the duet, i can't measure the terminals at the PSU because it's fully enclosured. The heated bed itself is receiving 11.40v and 11.93v are measured at the heatbed terminals on the duet. However, I started heating the extruder while the bed was at target temperature with bangbang for a good time. As soon as I started heating the extruder, it threw the erroby Dawgon - Duet
Bang-bang mode works fine, no errors. Although it stucks around 80 just like PID. I've not tried the 1.12a / 1.13a firmware, 1.13beta1 is actually the first one I am using. Could be be a firmware issue? I guess I will try with 1.12a / 1.13a then. /E: Just seeing your answer @dc42 Screws are tight, nothing is tinned. Also I am solely using the webinterface, USB is / was not connected. The powerby Dawgon - Duet
Okay, I am sorry for the double post. But I am pretty sure the problem has something todo with the PID. If I pick 110°C as target temperature, everthing is fine because it will never reach 110°C. I mean, it's obviously not fine but at least not crashing. If I pick 65°C as target temperature, it heats up to 64~65°C until the PID kicks in and then throws the ajax error. Hi there, so I ordered a Duet 0.6, currently running 1.13beta1 of reprapfirmware (dc42 fork). I need to say it's awesome, thank you dc42! Well, it's not going without a problem tho. I turn the Duet on, wait a few seconds. Ethernet LED blinking green. I can connect to the web interface without a problem. Now, I start heating the bed to 65°C. ( Which is awfully slow, btw ) Then, at around 65°C iby Dawgon - Duet
Hi there! So I built my own delta printer, spent alot of time calibrating it and switched from marlin to repetier. Bed leveling is better for repetier I guess, however with repetier I got some new problems. I am losing steps, I noticed some weird behaviour in the last time. First I noticed clicking noises some time after homing. Everything stood still, but the pinions on the motor shafts startedby Dawgon - Delta Machines
