I m currently experimenting with s42b v2.0 and arduino mega+ ramps on a 6dof robotic arm on ros... if you need only to take correct / expected steps by a closed loop system, than just installl the s42b pcb , the closed loop routine is fully standalone. If you need to get current position or different data from closed loop system... than you ll need to start programming (v2.0 have canbus option toby nasoftz - Robots!
Hi all, here's a precompiled version for Hypercube Evolution 300x300 and Nextion 4.3" just upload it on empty sdcard than insert in Nextion sdcard slot, wait until finish remove the sd ,than reboot Tested with latest Smoothie firmware,still trying to solve some bugs, but it works! Hi All, Bored to see all "MKS TFT" display around....than I decided to make my "indipendent" version for original smoothieboard I'm testing it using a 4.3" touchscreen Nextion Itead on a corexy style printer, My custom firmware is able to send (but also) receive gcode, status, commands to/from original unmodified Smoothieboard firmware. there 's no need to build a custom marlin like mk4duo.by nasoftz - Smoothie
