Ha John, Ik heb in de config.h dingen veranderd, zoals je aangegeven had en nu doen alle motoren iets, zelfs de extruder. Ik heb zowel enable uncomment, als de invert commando's. Dit omdat ik merkte dat de stroomverbinding werd afgesloten op het moment dat ik via pronterface met de printer verbinding maakte. En nu doen ze het dus allemaal handmatig. Maar...... Wow, John, dat zou hartstikke fijn zijn. We zijn niet gebakken aan Teacup hoor, we zijn daar gewoon mee gestart, vonden het wel een leuke naam. Wat ben jij gewend om te gebruiken, Sprinter? ~~ Maryonby lesiur - Dutch User Group - Archive

Ha John, Fijn dat je sowieso de tijd neemt om te antwoorden. De config.h heb ik gedownload en ik ging ervan uit dat het zo zou moeten werken. Ik begrijp helaas het engels niet dat in programmering gebruikt wordt, dat maakt dat ik geen idee heb wat ik moet doen. Wat mij wel was opgevallen was dat de Z als enige helemaal op D-pins zit, de X en Y zitten ook op A-pins. Ik dacht dat mijn probleem misby lesiur - Dutch User Group - Archive

x en y motor krijgen geen stroom - 12 years ago
Hallo allemaal, Inmiddels is helder dat de x en y motor geen stroom krijgen en het is totaal onduidelijk waarom, z motor is wel van stroom voorzien. Ik ben uitgeput in mijn mogelijkheden, alles getest: potmeters, stepperdrivers, bedrading, motoren. Sluit ik het aan op de z dan werkt het wel, maar op de andere steppendrivers gebeurd niets, zelfs geen opstarten van de motors. De voltmeter geeft ooby lesiur - Dutch User Group - Archive

Hi Leo, I'm new here and maybe it isn't of any help. But my uploadproblems disappear when I manually quit the activity of the arduino in the activity monitor of my mac. I don't know what the equivalent of that is in windows, sorry. I use Teacup to communicate. I had a different error tho. Hi Jcr, Dank je wel voor je hulp. In het nederlands is het zoveel makkelijker dan in het engels, al die technische termen is hell om te begrijpen. Dankzij je aanwijzingen geeft M200 nu waardes die kloppen. Wat nog niet werkt is dat de z-motor ook werkelijk stop als de endstop wordt ingedrukt, hij gaat gewoon door. De potmetertjes had ik inderdaad al ontdekt en aan gedraaid. Maar de x en y motorby lesiur - Dutch User Group - Archive

Thanks Waitaki for trying to help me! I managed to fix the z-direction in the config.h, commented #define Z_INVERT_DIR. When I now use pronterface the Z goes up with the + and down with the -. But when I use the home-button the Z goes up instead of down. So it helped only partly. I changed the stepper drivers, in order to find out if the others then the z were broken. Hallo, Mijn eerste Prusa heb ik in elkaar, maar hij doet nauwelijks iets. Alleen de Z-as werkt een beetje, als ik de andere motoren daar op aansluit werken ze ook. Temperatuur van de heater wordt gelezen, verder geen enkele actie. Al lezende in allerlei fora kwam ik tegen dat een test om de endstops (Mech. Endstops v1.2 makerbot) het commando M119 (M200 in Teacup) gebruikt kan worden. Dit is bijby lesiur - Dutch User Group - Archive

Hello all, I've tested the stepper motors by changing the cables to the z and they all work fine, all 4 of them. So the problem seems to be in the Ramps, it only executes the z-motor connection. I may have to change some settings in the config.h but I don't know how. I've been reading that ReplicatorG works from the center and uses -100 to 100 instead of 0 to 200. Where do I change that in the fby lesiur - General Mendel Topics

Hello out there, Today I tried to get my home made Prusa Mendel to work. Components: Mac OS 10.6.8, Arduino mega 2560 R3, Ramps 1.4, steppermotors Nema 17, mechanical endstops makerbot v1.2, 12V powersupply, Teacup-firmware (succesfully uploaded on Arduino), Replicatorg 0040 (changed this into Pronterface and Slic3r today). In Replicatorg I used the controlpanel, jog the motors with the controlby lesiur - General Mendel Topics

Hello out there, I'm new at this forum and new at 3D printing. My friend and I loaned a 3D printer, had all the parts for a prusa mendel i2 printed and are now in the process of building our own. We changed some things, thinking it wasn't very obvious why it was as it was. For instance, we skipped one of the z-axis motors and made one motor drive both axes.
