Attached STL files Assembly instructions -by kestux75 - Look what I made!
Thanks, The diameter of the motor is 35mm. From a printer you also will need the gear that comes next to worm gear and rubber roller to mount on this gear. I will try to attach stl files later. I can send Solidwors project by email also.by kestux75 - Look what I made!
I designed and built spare extruder for my e waste 3d printer. The goal was to make extruder using available e waste parts. VIDEO: https://youtu.be/3uxwgVQLpPYby kestux75 - Look what I made!
Подробнее -by kestux75 - Russia RepRap User Group

I recorded short video to describe my problem. Please switch to HD, look at Y position and motor movements. Any ideas?by kestux75 - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, I‘m testing XY axis motors on my new DIY printer. Hardware - RAMPS 1.4 and Arduino Mega 2560. I disabled microsteping at all, changed DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT to 10 assuming that every instruction to move axis by 0.1mm will give one full step. However, controller skips first five instructions to move by 0.1 mm and after the sixth instructions received, it generates six impulses at once. Wby kestux75 - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, Made some tests with 7.5 degree steppers for X and Y axises. VIDEO Quite good so farby kestux75 - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors
Hi, I am planning to use 7.5 degree steppers for my 3d printer. I am using belt drive to increase resolution. First z axis test looks quite promising. My configuration: Motor pulley - 24 teeth Threaded rod pulley - 50 teeth Threaded rod M8 metric So I have 80 steps per mm resolution even without micro stepping.
