So I have 24V 150W car heater from eBay (This one) I have been trying to get it to autotune the heater but I get the following message, can someone tell me what this means and if there is any other way I can get it working. Auto tune of heater 3 failed due to bad curve fit (G=9.5, tc=29.7, td=1.6) Thanksby rikesh942010 - Duet
Well I am not 100% sure but looking at the video it seems to be made using a different material. belt videoby rikesh942010 - General
That was my initial impressions but it is definitely something elseby rikesh942010 - General
Does anyone know what kind of belt they are using in this design. I am looking into building something similar but it does not specify the belt.by rikesh942010 - General
I came across this article on automatic part removal : . I think it could be very interesting to remove the parts from the print bed. Using pins at an angle could even help slide the part of the bed into a small bin. What do you guys think?by rikesh942010 - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
Hi Everyone, I want to build a high quality sturdy Core XY machine. I have a budget of around £1500.00 and only need a Bed size of about 30x30x30mm. Does anyone know of a setup that will allow me to build something with this budget. The parts have to be all high quality and solid I am mainly looking to go for Linear rails instead of Rod but I am not sure about the Motors and the frame.by rikesh942010 - CoreXY Machines
I am using 2 Extruders //#define USE_XMIN_PLUG //#define USE_YMIN_PLUG #define USE_ZMIN_PLUG #define USE_XMAX_PLUG #define USE_YMAX_PLUG #define USE_ZMAX_PLUG // Invert the stepper direction. Change (or reverse the motor connector) if an axis goes the wrong way. #define INVERT_X_DIR true #define INVERT_Y_DIR false #define INVERT_Z_DIR false // Direction of endstops when homing; 1=MAX, -1=MINby rikesh942010 - CoreXY Machines
The axis do not stop when the Max endstop switches are triggered, I have checked the wiring and the endstops with M119 command. Any Ideas on how I can solve this, here is my codeby rikesh942010 - CoreXY Machines
Hi Guys, I have never tried building a Hbot before but I heard from a lot of people that its not as good as Corexy. is it mainly the racking of the gantry that people have a problem with. I will be creating most of the parts using 5mm Aluminium so it will be very strong. I simply need a design that would allow me to put the extruders in the front and the motors in the back, core xy system tby rikesh942010 - CoreXY Machines
