Profiles
Let's start by cutting the aluminum strutted profiles to length.
The Bosch/Rexroth profiles are used, because their profiles can accommodate the head of a button head cap M6 screw, and they are cheap.
These profiles are generally shipped in lengths of 3m, and the machine is designed in such a way, that almost all of the material is used.
Cut them like this :
20x40 profile is cut to 1x 256mm 6x 260mm 2x 570mm
20x20 profile is cut to 3x 90mm 3x 200mm 1x 260mm 2x 280mm 1x 296mm 2x 360mm
20x20 profile is cut to 1x 200mm 1x 296mm 2x 340mm 4x 440mm
Spindles
Next we will be cutting the spindles to length. These spindles are generally shipped in lengths of 1m, and (again)the machine is designed in such a way, that almost all of the material is used.
Cut them like this :
1m spindle:
1x 188mm 1x 291mm 1x 428mm
1m spindle(be precise with this one!!):
3x 188mm 1x 428mm
