3D model manufacturing
The model manufacturing process encompass these phases:
- design/acquiring models in some software and representation
- convert the model description/data to another representation (almost always STL format)
- 3D print them out on RepRap - workflow:
- Calibration
- Prepress
- Slicing
- Machine control
- Firmware choice
and
- Optional: Improvement to the model description
