Anti heater ooze contamination or AHOC is a way of keeping the strings of ooze that come out of your nozzle away from the heaterblock of your extruder.

Without AHOC the ooze will stick to the heater and in time create a blob of filament on the heater that at 1 point will drop in the object that is being printed.

To prevent this we have created AHOC, a thin aluminium plate that has 2 holes, out of which only the nozzles are protruding. This way all ooze strings will bounce of the cold AHOC shield and not stick to the heater.
