First attempt. This is just a single-tube needle with a heater and thermistor. The air tube is stuck in place with caulk. The lid, heater, ports, etc are held in place with JB-weld. This design did not work at all because there was not sufficient heat transfer through the needle to melt wax at the end. The case is a polyurethane casting and the lid is transparent plastic (approx 1/8 inch thick). Tube diameter approx 1/16 inch.
