Intro
After trying and failing to get other hotends to work consistently we decided that we would try to give creating a hotend a shot. The result is this, a hotend that can run for days (and weeks) straight with no issues.
Tested at up to 260C this hotend is strong, easy to disassemble if need be, and the best part is that the heat stays in the lower part of the hotend making it easy to handle even when hot.
Note: This hotend is not sold by DIYTechshop anymore.

Instructions
To assemble the hotend you simply tighten the set screw on the heater core and tightly tape on the thermistor with Kapton.
