  • Extruder blocks with melted filament at end of the brass barrel, doing back flowing.
    • Suggestion: Maybe you are using lower temperature on extruder heater. If temperature is lower, all plastic can't melt and only the plastic on surface get enough hot to melt and do a back flow.
  • Final printed piece have a kind of displacement on XY axis, and when I see extruder going against ooze, then it gets that XY displacement.
    • Suggestion: Try to build the Spring_extruder, it automatically flex when it go against ooze or something blocking his path, and then it recover to the same place where it was.
