Great work, Matt! I couldn't resist to point out the similarities to isolation milling, though. Isolation milling software like gEDA/PCB's G-code exporter should do that fine, just export several times with raising tool diameters. --Traumflug 11:40, 2 December 2012 (UTC)

Also, anyone else interested in adapting that software to this purpose should go for it, because I'm not sure when I will get around to it. (I haven't even properly posted and documented the GCode-generating software that I'm using, or the modified Arduino-based firmware, but I hope to soon.) --Mattgilbertnet 03:26, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
