Timgo Tip - Hot End
Concept (untested) hot end using: NiChome heating wire; JB weld (or similar high temp compound); and threaded rod.
Proposed Build steps:
1. Start with strait peace of raw plastic filament or wax crayon
2. Sharpen to a fine point (pencil sharpener)
3. Drill metal washer to intended size
4. Place washer on tip
5. Rap heating wire around filament
6. JB weld and add threaded rod
Variation 1-untested - addition of thermistor
Variation 2-untested – addition of air cooling holes to threaded rod
