Blog 1: Thingiverse
We had to find different items on the Thingiverse that inspired us.
An item that is amazing/beautiful
The model of human brain is really detailed and we can see the structure of it. I don't agree with the author said it's rather coarse, it isn't creepy and I think it's beautiful.
An item that is funny or strange
On the first glance of this object it reminds me of Minecraft, which obviously by its name "Minecraft Diamond Sword". I didn't quite realize what can we made from 3-D printing, I thought mostly industrial products. However, this object extends my imagination about the process.
