Y-idler-end and Y-motor-end sub-assemblies

The instructions at [Reprappro] are to use interference fit when assembing the machined rods and the lasercut polycarbonate y-axis-end-plates.

These fractured during assembly and it may be wise to decide on a preparation process that includes opening up the holes to a specified size or by changing the design to use printed clamps.
