We are trying to follow the instruction on page 7 of 10:

   Peel the sticky backing off the fan and heat sink. 

We cannot detect any sticky backings on any part; and are confused whether the "heatsink" referred in this sentence is the fan's heat sink (arrived attached to fan)OR the aluminum cooling block elsewhere referred to as the "heat sink block" (in Section 2).
