My y axis axis halves are too thick for a 16mm and two washers. Anybody else have this problem? --Busterdog 02:31, 16 January 2012 (UTC) Sorry missed the note about leaving off the washers. --Busterdog 02:48, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

The instructions show the belt clamps on the top of the sled. When setup like this (on my machine) the belt raises up and tightens towards either end of travel. I moved the clamps to the bottom of the sled (flip the clamps over, put the screws through from the flat side of the clamp and put the nuts on the top of the sled.). This way the belt runs parallel along the entire length of travel. --Mark Benson 13:49, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

I don't quite understand the M3 nyloc nut placed 'inside the hexagonal recess of the belt tensioner'. What keeps this in place? There is a hole in the bottom of the belt tensioner so should I be screwing something into the nut? If it moves out of place during assembly it's a real pain to correct. --chrispb 12:48, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
