3.1 - But people will probably try to add some kind of restrictions, right? Remember DIVX? Even if everyone will hate it, some company will probably try.... What could they do though, in a real practical sense?

2.3 - What about when gas prohibits mass distribution? Or some other post-collapse style scenario? Are there possible gains to sustainability?
