I like the Reprappro hotend since I built an eMaker Huxley in 2011. I kept this part in my FoldaRap design but found a way to make it more compact.
And by getting rid of the vertical mount that leave room to eventually add more nozzles, which I did.
the trick to screw the two heat-block is to use a file to turn gently the steel tube from the back through the heatsink-block
left, the original reprappro hotend; middle and right, possible thing to try for a more compact hotend
