I have added links to zip files containing stl files for Einstein and Vanilla these zip files are on the reprap.org wiki there is no guarantee how accurate they are or how error free, however it beats the previous situation where all you have is a github link to a bunch of scad files which throw errors and very little instruction as to what to do with them,
