Layers separating

I adjusted the layer height as suggested and my lines came out straight this time. Separating layers at the top of the funnel of
the fan mount and at the bottom end where the curve is. My bed temperature actually came up to 92 degrees, which is still 20 degrees to low, but at least the print stayed put, probably thanks to the Kapton. I do not know if the low bed temp accounts for
the bottom separating layers, but that does not explain the top of the funnel, unless the fan blowing on my Ramps board is
causing that problem. Pics: [www.flickr.com]

I will do a proper calibration of Sfact to see if this will clear up the problem...otherwise progress!

Thanks everyone,

Bob

Certain small wall thicknesses are too wide to be bonded by inner/outer walls and too thin to have any infill. (top of funnel)

The curve isn't bonded because it is too much of an overhang.

Overhangs can be improved if you increase the perimeter width over layer thickness ratio. What did you use for that print? It's hard to see in the print but getting the correct extruder calibration so that your filaments touch each other will also improve this.
