Stepper issue.

Im having trouble with my zaxis getting stuck and making a loud buzzing noise after turning a littlebit. if i increase by .1 then it turns fine and there are no problems , but if i try turning by 1 or 10 or 100 it turns for a split second and then stops and makes a loud buzzing sound for as long as it is fed power.

also my pots are set to feed 2v to the stepper , should i bump it up ?

... you're driving the motors faster than they can - either reduce the speed and/or rise the motor voltage ...

Yep , that was the issue , I switched to marlin and it's speeds were much lower and it's all working fine . Only thing I have left to do is get a flat bed and calibrate
