What kind of extruder is this and where can I find directions on how to assemble it?

Its a Gregs hinged extruder and you can find it on thingiverse but I don't think it has any real "instructions" (maybe on the wiki).

also try makerfarm there are some good directions. go to gregs accessible extruder
