any one have troubles with MK7 when printing with PLA or some of ABS?
I find it always block in the nozzle.some one can help me ?
I just have some private idea to share.
Look below pic,there some technical improve can do because :
(1)I think it is not wonderful contact between thermal barrier and nozzle, once there is a gap, the melting filament will flow to it, block;
(2)the length of X and Y will determine if the filament will be heated enough not not, if not heated enough(the X length is too short) , the filament will be stretched on cold, the PLA tensile strength is more than PC,>60MPa, I don't think the small printer can do this job.
(3)I see Mendel make the nozzle combine with thermal barrier, not seperate, so I never received Mendel users feed back the block troubles.
I just have some idea, how you can deal with it ?
