Hi Guys

Has anyone else had issues making contact with the owners of [www.printplastic.nl]
I placed an order 3 weeks ago.
I have had nothing delivered and no notifiocation of shipping.

Emails go unanswered. phone is an Answer machine, also unanswered.

We have heard similar here in the Netherlands.

I did order some at this webshop and have got delivered. So in that sense, there is no ill intention.

This however is just all I can report, for now. I myself hope the owner of the webshop picks up the signals flaring right now and gives out some information instead of a deafening silence.

Hi All

A week has gone by, and still no Filament, Notice of shipment or communication.
I opened a PayPal dispute and I still have no communication, even from the Paypal dispute !

PrintPlastic: Please wake up - talk to your customers.
If there is a delay that's fine. Just Tell me!
If you can not fill the order, again be honest, tell me and offer me a refund.

No, he is not related to MendelParts.

I used to have contact with him via IRC, but he has not shown up for about 2 weeks now.
Though I do not feel like there is foul-play, this is not good. Sorry to hear, but I guess starting a business was more than he could chew.

At Last Remco from printplastic has got back to me.
It appears that he had to go away for 2 weeks.

He says my order will ship tomorrow, will update this thread once it's arrived.

I have been 100% Honest and fair from this end.
You have my money and have not delivered the goods that I ordered and paid for on 30 April.

I strongly suggest that you do not order goods from this company.

Same here.
Send him already some mails and msgs.
If he doesn't answer them before then end of this weekend, I will be forced to go to the cops in the Netherlands. Too bad for him.

I have finally seen the end to this sorry saga.

PayPal contacted PrintPlastic 4 times.
They did not respond.

PayPal have refunded my money.

This is my first ever Online Transaction that has gone Bad in over 10 years.
I just hope it never happens again.
