im working im working on a new online store , i will sale orca with proffesional parts after with few ajustment for easy printing and calbartion
i made a custom pullyes for z axis the pulleyes are with threaded m8 bore for z axis - z axis is now super straight and smooth movments .
im using a 9 mm M3 belts for more
allso i have develope a new extruder that based on V9 extruder , my design dosent require a fan im printing with the new design for over a month and print with it 12 kilos allready also differante plastic design ... no problems at all no skipping step .
im using ramp and withe new design my pololu are set on 10 - less corrent for motor to push the filament to the extruder .
it really east to push it by hend to the extruder .
i can print 130mm/sec with only 215 celcius with no problems .
i have attched a drawings - the middle parts inside the peek is PTFE tube 10 mm long
i will post in reprap wiki soon more info about the extruder , but if you want STL now just ask
