I have patents. Been there, done that. I had focused on paintball products back then. I have . a lot more to share about this,but first I've gotta say... Unless the USPTO has improved turn around time, how is it that patent 8226395 was filled Nov last year and is issued this July? I'm just just say'n. I mean, when i patented something, it took over a year just to get it published. And another year ( literally ) just to have it issue.
Lastly, to clarify my position, i am releasing my intellectual rights for my patent 6,591,533 now. Perhaps this will help anyone who wants to make a folding 3D printer.
