Inner Perimeters

So ive found that whenever I do a circular feature that gets smaller on the way up, the inside comes out bad. (like the inside of a cone)

There are string of the perimeter that don't stick.

Anyone know the solution?

What is your layer height setting and the size is your nozzle? Also, if you could post some pictures of your prints that might help too.

I think that layer height with 4 decimal places is hard for printers to mechanically handle.

From my printing with a .25mm, a .20mm layer is about the max a .25mm nozzle can handle cleanly. Reprap calculator suggest a .15mm layer. [calculator.josefprusa.cz]

I normally print at .10mm for quality, .20mm for speed.

Ive tried different layer heights and for some reason, .1875 looked nice.

Just curious, how many steps does your Z axis stepper require to move 1mm? If 0.1875 is a multiple of that, it would probably explain why you are getting good results with it.
