Hi guys, in my quest to find nice and cheap gt2 pulleys i found that there are mainly 2 options, acetal and aluminum.
I cant see clearly the pros and cons of each.
Any hint?

is acetal casted or machined. the aluminum would likely be machined. machined either way to high tolerances is the way to go. [

machined acetal,.
the only clear difference is price, acetal is half price compared to aluminum

as long as it is strong enough, and does not crack, and can handle the temps of the motor i think it would work fine. the only issue again is that it is machined correctly, if that is the case then it should work ok.
