Fastening heatsinks to the pololus

I have heatsinks, and pololus , how do I fasten them on? I've heard of people using double sided tape but it seems to me like the heat transfer wouldn't be great. Does it work or should i do something else?

It works for me. Key is to use tape designed specially for heatsinks.

how would I use superglue, just a little on top of the chip? Does it work?

Either thermal tape (double sided tape that will transfer the heat) or thermal glue (plaster glue that will transfer the heat).

I personally used computer thermal paste (provided with CPU heatsink) and it worked like a charm.
Depending on what brand, some will act as a glue when heated.

3M has special heatsink double-sided tape. I got it with my pololu's but I'm sure you can order a piece through Ebay.
