z-motors (Prusa) not move on Gen6.

Hi I am facing a situation similar to:
[forums.reprap.org]

Resume:

Reprap prusa v2. Gen6 electronics. Nema 17 stepper motors.
power supply 12v-5A

I can move x,y axis.
z-axis sounds strange when i try to move. I suspect that is a DC problem here.
I really think that 2 z-motors are parallel connected...but i can not fix it!!!

When i disconnect one of z-motors from the cable in which are connected together with the board, the only one that keep connected moves just right.

When the x-axis is not fixed to the z-bars, they have to do no effort, ok, but they work (i think) well.

When motors are joined they not work. I was playing with z max feedrate and steps per mm an so on, but really i can not fix it.

Could i put the "universal" power-supply on 15v with Gen6??

It sounds like a power-supply problem?

any clue, please?

as long as the power supply can provide atleast 5+ amps
maybe try turn down the Z speed, and try it again, we need more info.. i do have a gen 6,

Does it make any sound when trying to control z axis?

z axis sounds like a pitch. Does not move at all, and sounds like a pitch.
I have z max feedrate = 100 mm/min (Repetier firmare 0.72)

When i try with z-feedrate = 3, it moves (loosing a lot of steps) but sometimes moves on very slowly.

I have connected two motors on parallel cable, when i disconnect one of them, the another one moves very good (on z max feedrate = 100 mm/min, for example)

I tried with 12v and 15v power supply's switches turnning on. But it works exactly the same.
When i connect them on parallel cable together, the way f work is degraded...

Try Z max = 1 mm/min.
Try increasing your current on the stepper motor driver.
