Some help with ramps

Hello,

I´m thinking in electronic to do my new printer. I have experience with megatroncis but now I want change to ramps. But my problem is that I like to use dual extruder with two thermocouple. Me doubt is where I connect the second thermocouple board in ramps. Other problem is the use of fan, can I use fan for piece with dual extruder and hot bed?

Note: RAMPS doesn't read thermocouples. you must use a thermistor !!!

I read wiki page. I can use with external board for thermocouple. I know where I have to connect one of this board, but i don´t konw where i have to connect the second
