Which Model

Should i get the Makerfarm Prusa i3v for my first personal printer? (i built the regular i3 for my school) I remind you i have a limited amount of money.

I'm getting a bit annoyed by the multitude of topics like this. It makes me want to say: Don't do it!!!

I'm actually going to join the pessimistic side on this one.
It's not a cheap hobby. If you are limited in funds, those will dissappear, and I'm not talking about just on the printer. I've dropped more than twice the money I ever thought I would on my first printer. And this printer I'm building..
So I join the above recommendation. But, I too know the urdge and desire for 3D printing. So part of me also wants to say go for it.
As for which one, I couldn't say, never used an i3. Honestly don't even know what they look like [burn the heretic!]

I wouldn't drop it on a Makerbot even if I had 3K. Better results spent elsewhere. From what I hear, i3 is cheaper end. If you can comfortably go that route, go for it. It's got a lot of builders, so help would be faster and easier with that one.
