Has anyone used Rainbot 3D for filament?

On the 11th of this month, I ordered 3 spools of filament from Rainbot 3D. It is now 10PM on the 14th and I have yet to be able to find out if my order has shipped or not. I have sent two emails with no response. Anyone have any feedback on this particular vendor? I am beginning to think I may not find out what is going on. He was paid through PayPal on the 11th. So, as far as I am concerned, there has been ample time to ship my order.

I have ordered from them lots of times and have had no issues. His site does not update when shipped and stuff usually takes 3-5 days to get if you live in the US.

Well, he said he is refunding, we will see.
