Makerfarm issue

hello,

I have a makerfarm 12 inch bought in january. I am finally at the point where I can print stuff, but so far in calibration mode.

Over the weekend, somehow my filament snapped and I'm now having trouble finding the hole that leads down into the extruder nozzle. is there any trick into finding the hole each and every time?

also, I finally found a high powered flashlight, and I see there is a piece of filament that is stuck in the hole... is there any easy way to get it out?

heat up your hotend higher than normal +- 10 degrees and push it with new filament. If that doesn't work either take the nozzle out and push up or disconnect your hotend and pull filament out.

Angle / Sharpen the tip of your filament?

Assuming you are having an issue with blindly threading the filament as opposed to finding the actual hole on the outside of the extruder.
