strange Autobed leveling servo behaviour

Hi guys,

I am currently installing Auto bed levelling on my prusa i3 ramps 1.4. I've noticed that once I connect to the printer via usb the servo starts to buzz. It is quite similar to the noise when a stepper drivers potentiometer is not correctly calibrated. I have put a stop to my progress as I felt it may cause damage to the board/servo. The servo works but buzzes more intensely once triggered Any help would be appreciated.

1.- Use a different source of power for the servo than the one provided by the Ramps board if you can.
2.- Put a capacitor between + and - (can't tell you the value but you can start at 1000 uf)
3.- shield the cables all the way to the servo.
3.- enclose the servo as much as you can.

One of the main reasons for the new ABL systems is to eliminate all the problems related to the use of servos and mechanical switches for bed leveling.

Is the servo turned all the way to one extreme when it buzzes? If so, it needs tuning.
